Location: Our Orchard

Ingredients:

Intense Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt 20g
Soy Sauce 50mL
Sugar 10g
Mirin 10mL
Rice Vinegar 15mL
Garlic 1
Ginger 1
Purple Onion 1
Pickles 3
Minced Meat 500g
Dijon Mustard
Parsley 1
Worcestershire Sauce 20mL
Radish 1
Egg 1

How to cook it:

  1. Prepare the dressing: Add soy sauce, salt, mirin, rice vinegar and a little bit of sugar. Then crush some garlic and ginger and add them to the dressing. Leave it macerating for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut half onion and 3 pickles into small slices and the add them to the minced meat.
  3. Add the dressing into the minced meat.
  4. Add two spoons of dijon mustard, some worcestershire sauce and an intense extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Finally add a egg yolk and some radish slices as a decoration.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
